PLC / SCADA Engineer

About Role:

1. Develop and implement PLC programs using Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured Text.
2. Configure and maintain Phoenix Contact, i PLCs for industrial automation.
3. Design and integrate SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control.
4. Configure GUI interfaces for instrumentation and process visualization.
5. Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation systems.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
7. Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and configuration manuals.
8. Field visit to assist the field teams in system diagnostics, field trails and trouble shooting
9. Commissioning support for any board-based system and other software core / tool support as required in ongoing and upcoming project. Involvement in commissioning support for other projects as well.

What are We Looking For?

1. Diploma or B.Tech. in Electronics.

2. 2–4 years of experience

   in PLC Programmer with Phoenix contact/Siemens/Rockwell/Mitsubishi or similar reputed make PLC based systems.
3. Position will be the part of solution design and commissioning team where individual will also be involved during the pre-sales stage towards design of the project and specification around the PLC/SCADA based system and other GMS related projects.

Skills Required:

The candidate shall have strong skills in:

1. Ladder Logic programming, PLC programming, SCADA system integration, SCADA-based solution setup, Process instrumentation, Panel design, PLC-based ladder logic development and GUI configuration for Industrial /Security instrumentation interfaces.
2. Designing, developing, and troubleshooting of PLC based automation solutions and SCADA Integration for the Industrial medium size Projects.
3. Commissioning support, System design & engineering, Solution planning & development, Tender/specification preparation, Electronic security systems, Gate management systems, Access control, Bollards, Road blockers, Tyre killers, Radars, CCTV, Command & control systems, Integrated security/automation solutions.
