🏭 Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled PLC Engineer to join our Automation & Controls team. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, industrial automation projects, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance of automated systems across industrial sites. 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming, configuration, and testing of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD systems Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic for brands such as Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Schneider / ABB / Delta On-site commissioning, installation, and startup of automation systems Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PLCs, sensors, field instruments, panels, and communication protocols Prepare project documentation including wiring diagrams, logic descriptions, and FAT/SAT reports Work with clients and cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements Regular preventive maintenance of control & automation systems 📘 Technical Skills Required✔ PLC Programming (any major platform) ✔ HMI/SCADA development ✔ Knowledge of industrial communication protocols – Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, CAN, Ethernet/IP ✔ Ability to read electrical drawings & P&IDs ✔ Basic knowledge of control panel wiring & instrumentation 🎓 QualificationDiploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation Additional certification in PLC/SCADA will be an added advantage 🧑‍💼 Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer-handling skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Willingness to travel for site work 💰 Salary Range₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience & skills) Travel Allowance + Site Allowance + Incentives
