Plating Production Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Plating solution Production Engineer with a background in Chemical Engineering or Production Engineering to manage to join our leading Precious Alloys company.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of rhodium and Gold plating solution production.

• Monitor raw material usage, yield efficiencies, and process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.

• Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to scale up lab processes to commercial production.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate production records, SOPs, batch sheets, and logbooks.

• Handle process troubleshooting, equipment maintenance coordination, and root cause analysis.

• Train and supervise plant operators and technical staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Production Engineering (mandatory).

• 2–5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in precious metal production, refining, or chemical processing.

• Strong understanding of hydrometallurgy, inorganic chemistry, and high-purity metal production is preferred.

• Familiarity with hazardous chemical handling, safety protocols, and effluent treatment.

Skills and Competencies:

• Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving approach.

• Knowledge of process control systems, instrumentation, and plant operations.

• Good documentation, report writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a cleanroom or high-purity lab environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with rhodium, platinum group metals (PGMs), or similar high-value chemical production.

• Exposure to NABL or ISO-certified lab/production setups.
