Description
Work location-Pune, Ahmedabad, Indore Responsibilities Execution and refinement of cloud infrastructure automation strategy, architecture, and standards. This includes driving best practices and continuous improvement activities for the Intelligent Automation (IA) program with the following goals: Enable Hyper automation Architecture, integrating multiple Intelligent Automation capabilities, such asRPA, NLP, OCR, Process Mining, Task Mining, and Conversational AI Reduce time for cloud infrastructure service provisioning Raise user satisfaction with self-service functions Improve service uptime due to automation of manual, error-prone, changes Minimize hand offs between different teams which otherwise would be manual Maximize developer and app-owner flexibility in consuming cloud services. Maximize re-use and maintainability of automation assets Evaluate Intelligent Automation adjacent technologies, providing input to the Intelligent Automation program roadmap Coordinate the identification of automation opportunities, define approaches and solution architecture Lead efforts to codify, deploy and operate assets for prioritized automation projects.
