About the Role:

WordPress & Shopify Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites using

  WordPress

  and

  Shopify

  .
• Build and implement

  custom themes, templates, and plugins

  for WordPress and Shopify.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and apps to enhance site functionality.
• Optimize websites for

  speed, SEO, and performance

  across devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues and ensure website security.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Manage website migrations, backups, and version control.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in WordPress, Shopify, and web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  WordPress Developer

  and

  Shopify Developer

  (2–3 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, and Liquid

  .
• Experience with

  WooCommerce

  setup, customization, and plugin development.
• Hands-on experience with

  Shopify themes, custom apps, and Liquid templating

  .
• Familiarity with

  SEO principles

  and website performance optimization.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

• Experience with

  Headless CMS, React, or Next.js

• Knowledge of

  Shopify Plus

  and advanced e-commerce solutions.
• Understanding of

  payment gateways, shipping integrations, and CRM tools
