Job Description

As a Technical Guidance Specialist in the Automobile Industry, your role involves providing guidance to vendors, managing projects, and monitoring schedules to ensure timely execution of development activities. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring timely execution of development activities - Planning for zero defect production lines setup at vendors - Conducting PFMEA and implementing required actions based on the findings - Advanced Quality Planning for new parts development - Analyzing part quality issues and planning countermeasures using tools such as FTA, 5 Why analysis, and 8D method - Identifying technical and systemic issues at the vendor end and preparing action plans To qualify for this role, you should have: - Working experience in the Automobile Industry (4/2 wheeler/LCV) - Expertise in checking fixture and welding fixture design, concept generation, and validation - Ability to perform root cause analysis for defects and implement countermeasures - Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including SPC, analytical tools, and Six Sigma - Thorough knowledge and working experience on PFMEA, APQP, PPAP activities - Working knowledge of tools/dies and various inspection aids - Good planning and execution skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously - Computer proficiency for proper documentation, data study, and presentation - Openness, positive attitude, and good communication skills to work effectively in a team - Ability to understand drawing specifications and part fitment requirements - Familiarity with automobile international testing standards (IS, BIS, JIS, JASO, ASTM, SES, etc.),
