Role

About The Role

The Plant Quality Head is responsible for overseeing the quality management systems at the manufacturing site. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key role in leading quality initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

About The Team

You will be part of a dynamic team composed of quality engineers, auditors, and technicians dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality in production. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, is essential to drive quality improvements and resolve issues promptly. The team values innovation and proactive problem-solving to enhance overall operational efficiency.You are Responsible for

Establishing and maintaining quality standards and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances and quality issues.
Training and mentoring team members on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements.
Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following

A degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field, with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and present findings clearly.
