A reputed textile manufacturing company based in Surat, specializing in synthetic fabric production using advanced Waterjet Loom technology. We are looking for a dynamic Plant Operations Head to lead and manage our Waterjet Loom plant operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise complete plant operations of Waterjet Loom machinery.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Troubleshoot machine-level issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Lead a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians to ensure smooth functioning of all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and work closely with the maintenance team.
• Analyze production data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements in process flow.
• Coordinate with planning, QA, and inventory departments to ensure seamless production.
• Optimize resource utilization, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Train and mentor staff for improved efficiency and skill enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Engineering or Mechanical (preferred).
• Must have minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Waterjet Loom operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills.
• Technical expertise in operating and managing Waterjet Looms (Tsudakoma, Toyota, or equivalent).
• Experience in handling teams of 50+ employees.
• Good communication and documentation/reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• From textile industry background only (preferably synthetic fabric).
• Stable employment history with strong technical capabilities.
• Candidates only with Waterjet Loom experience will be considered.
