Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure smooth scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and account management for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) operations by coordinating with internal teams, while maintaining accuracy in documentation and financial records.

Requirements and skills

Experience- 35 years in accounts, MIGO payables and recivables , RMC operations (preferably in RMC/Construction/Cement industry).
Education- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
Certification -ERP/Accounting software proficiency (preferred).
Major skill sets -
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Knowledge of invoicing, billing, and accounts reconciliation.
Ability to handle customer and vendor queries effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and general documentation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Main accountabilities

Schedule and dispatch transit mixers and pumps based on customer orders.
Maintain trip sheets, delivery challans, and weighbridge slips.
Coordinate with plant in-charge and sales team for smooth operations.
Manage invoicing, billing, and basic accounts related to dispatches.
Manage Vendor and Customer Creation/payment/Invoicing.

Handle customer queries related to dispatches and invoices

Assist in reconciliation of dispatch vs. production data

Book keeping of sales/collection and Aging,
