Job Description

@Role & responsibilities

General Ledger Accounting
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Month-End and Year-End Closings
Oversee closing activities including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Financial Reporting
Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Intercompany Accounting
Handle transactions between entities within the organization, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Manage asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
Audit and Compliance Support
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in the R2R cycle and propose automation or optimization strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Technical Proficiency
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Analytical Skills
Ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or anomalies.
Attention to Detail
Precision in handling financial records and reports.
Communication and Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams including FP&A, tax, and compliance.
