Plant Manager

Job Title: Crusher Plant Manager

Location: On-site
Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction sector (crusher plant experience preferred)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Gender: Male candidates only
Age: Above 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily crusher plant operations with hands-on supervision
• Monitor and optimize production levels
• Supervise and train plant staff
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and ERP systems
• Maintain machinery and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with internal departments and manage local stakeholders
• Submit timely reports and updates to management

Skills Required:

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
• Leadership, decision-making, and staff management skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and industrial safety regulations
• Excellent communication and crisis-handling capabilities

Other Details:

• Physical involvement required (walking, inspections, etc.)
• Must not resign during peak season (rainy season off)
• 3-month notice period required

Salary: Competitive + Health Insurance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
