Make and submit reports to unit head including production achievement, productivity & yield, breakdowns, quality reports etc., on a periodic and ad hoc basis and intervenes for pre-emptive course correction. People & Leadership: Own and build a strong organization culture to build people objectives for the unit; cascades the organization's values / desired behaviours for their function. Identify and develop talent within the plant for succession planning. Ensure mandatory trainings are imparted across the plant at regular frequency- both functional, compliance related and behavioral. Process Improvements: Identify scope for automation and improvement of processes along with unit head and site leadership. Work closely with Production Lead and Unit head on capacity expansion and other transformation projects for specific plant along with relevant teams and ensures achievement of desired objectives. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in manufacturing and collaborate with technical services team for process improvement. Safety, Health & Environment: Ensures 'zero incident' on health and safety guidelines and strict compliance on overall EHS guidelines at the production floor. Own the sustainability agenda for the plants along with Environment team, to ensure optimum use of resources, adherence to compliances and reduction in environmental footprints. Education Qualifications & Experience: B.E.
