Factory Manager

Position:

Job Summary:

The Factory Manager will be the overall in-charge of daily operations at the PKC Laundry Solutions production facility. This role requires a highly responsible and experienced professional capable of managing manpower, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring smooth end-to-end factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of all factory operations and performance.
  
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily laundry processing activities to meet client timelines and quality standards.
  
• Manage manpower efficiently including attendance, shift scheduling, and workload distribution.
  
• Monitor machinery, utilities, and production equipment for optimal functionality and safety.
  
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies.
  
• Handle all critical, unexpected, or emergency situations with quick decision-making and effective problem-solving.
  
• Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  
• Prepare regular reports on production output, manpower performance, and operational issues.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  factory or plant operations management

  , preferably in

  laundry or manufacturing industries

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  
• Ability to manage a large workforce and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  
• Capability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
  
• Good understanding of production workflow, maintenance, and safety protocols.
  

Education & Experience:

• Minimum

  Graduate / Diploma

  (preferably in Industrial or Mechanical stream).

• 3–8 years

  of experience in factory or operations management.
