Role & responsibilities : 1.Operate and monitor plant equipment, processes, and systems 2.Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols 3.Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks 4.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues 5.Collaborate with other operators and teams to achieve production goals 6.Maintain accurate records and reports 7.Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives 8.Managing a shift Operating equipment safely, filling up log books and managing Contract Labour. 9.Strictly adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures, including the use of the appropriate protective clothing 10.Carrying out the operations according to SOPs. 11.Working to plan that is discussed daily, weekly and monthly with performance targets 12.Working with other worker teams in job execution. Preferred candidate profile : 1.Candidate must be well versed with Operational Safety practices and must have worked in shifts. 2.Willingness to work with ones hands. 3.Teamwork skills - collaborate with other operators 4.Excellent communication, Problem-solving skills, which enable an operator to solve and repair system issues efficiently and effectively 5.Operator skills, which enable him to understand which tools to use and how they should be used 6.Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
