Strong knowledge of machinery and processes related to bale opening, carding, bleaching, kiering, fleece making, hydro entanglement, and utility management. Experience with MTTR, MTBF, TPM, and both electric and electronic maintenance. Technical Skills: Expertise in the maintenance of production machinery and utilities, with a focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Contract Position Contract duration: 12 months Notice period: Immediate to 45 days only Domain Experience: Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical/Petroleum only Role & responsibilities • Participate in project maintainability reviews, considering the consequences for maintenance and inspection of plant/equipment. Participate in the functional criticality assessment for all maintainable tags. Develop and validate maintenance procedures and job plans for equipment strategies, providing detailed instructions to allow the activities to be successfully executed. Ensure preventative and/or corrective job plans have the correct labour codes, hours and associated materials linked. Ensure planning attributes such as planner groups, SCW, Maintenance Plan descriptions etc are populated. Assign equipment strategies to tags based on equipment class. . Provide input/guidance to the selection, procurement, and preservation of spare-parts. Identify initial equipment and materials to purchase/stock to support maintenance. Support the creation of Equipment BOMs, ensuring that BOMs are fully populated within the CMMS and equipment/spares are accurately detailed prior to the operate phase of the project. Delivery of maintenance packaging (including nesting/ revision codes) within the provided framework, considering the equipment/asset outage model. Complete post packaging works such as Ensure the packaging delivered is as executable, considering isolation boundaries and work local work management processes. Review the Safety and Environmental Critical performance standards established by Engineering and incorporate the frequency, scope and pass/fail criteria in the preventative maintenance plans. Removal of preventative maintenance plans and procedures from the CMMS related to maintainable items that require amendment or decommissioned. Validate any planning data loaded into CMMS. Participate in maintenance build project retrospectives. Preferred candidate profile • 7+ yrs of relevant technical field experience Must have experiences/skills (To be hired with) • The position demands organizational and communication skills, technical ability and a strong personal commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental performance. • Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, control of work and safety processes. • Working knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP/Maximo and Integrity Management tools • Proficient in reading P&IDs, and other technical documentation such control narratives, cause & effect diagrams, datasheets etc. • General understanding of RCM and FMEA. • Demonstrable experience in performing maintenance for oil, gas, and refining facilities. • Experience in a maintenance planner role. • Site based maintenance experience. • Experience of BOMs and materials management. • Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to areas of greatest need, such as maintainability studies, task list/equipment BOM generation, assignment of maintenance to equipment, and other project maintenance deliverables.
