Software Product Manager - Manufacturing Module

As a Software Product Manager at iRely, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of the Manufacturing Module. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients and internal teams to define product goals, craft user stories, and ensure timely, quality releases. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with clients and internal teams to define product goals, business cases, and success metrics. - Owning the product backlog, crafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring timely, quality releases. - Building and maintaining a strategic roadmap balancing short-term execution with long-term vision. - Aligning teams across engineering, QA, and business functions to deliver impactful outcomes. - Leading agile ceremonies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring on-time, value-driven delivery. - Using analytics, customer feedback, and A/B testing to refine features and measure success. - Mentoring cross-functional teams, promoting innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Product Management. - Proven success in delivering profitable, high-value software products. - At least 3 years of people leadership managing cross-functional teams. - Hands-on exposure to plant operations or manufacturing domains, especially in areas such as Inventory Management, Product Costing, Production Planning & Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, Formula Management & Versioning, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse Movement. - Domain experience in Manufacturing or Petroleum is a plus. - Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
