Role & responsibilities Achieve Sales Targets by ensuring continuous order inflow to meet monthly production requirements without idle time. Maintain Minimum Order Pipeline : Ensure Order in Hand (750MT), Job in Progress (250MT), RM (250MT), and Procurement (250MT) levels. Lead Generation & Enquiry Management : Identify new leads and generate enquiries aligned with the Annual Business Plan. Sales Forecasting & RM Procurement : Support quarterly sales forecasting to enable timely raw material procurement. CRM Maintenance : Update and manage customer data and enquiry status in CRM for sales visibility and performance tracking. Customer Visits & Networking : Conduct direct visits to high-potential clients and participate in expos to expand the supplier and customer base. Marketing Campaigns : Drive WhatsApp/email campaigns for OE and spares customers; share dispatch updates and production highlights. Customer Coordination : Plan customer meetings, dispatch intimation, and ensure payment follow-ups within 15 days. Techno-Commercial Offer Submission : Submit quotations aligned with Sales Policy; track offer status, revisions, and win/loss analysis. Tender Participation : Collaborate with OEMs and agencies to qualify and participate in tenders on a back-to-back basis. Order Conversion Strategy : Prioritize estimation for qualified leads; avoid low-strike-rate or unrelated product enquiries. Shop Floor Presentation : Build customer confidence through shop visits or virtual tours before order finalization. Kick-Off & Project Handover : Participate in customer kickoff meetings and hand over to Projects team post order confirmation. Coordination with Planning & Projects : Ensure delivery timelines, billing, and scope changes are aligned with planning and communicated to customers. PO Amendments & Risk Management : Analyze PO amendments for commercial/delivery impact and escalate major risks. Competitor & Market Analysis : Track industry trends, analyze competitor offerings, and develop USP for positioning. Customer Feedback & Satisfaction : Conduct post-delivery surveys, capture feedback, and support CAPA implementation for quality improvement. Quarterly Reporting : Prepare and present Plan vs Actuals, lost order analysis, and corrective actions to Management. Documentation & Process Discipline : Maintain department folders, update performance metrics weekly, and ensure clean document handling. Cross-Functional Team (CFT) Engagement : Engage with internal teams daily to prevent communication loss and ensure alignment. Preferred candidate profile

Role & responsibilities Ensure recruitment is aligned with the Organisation Chart and Competency Matrix . Conduct and document interviews; shortlist candidates based on qualification, experience, telephonic screening, and personality assessment. Prepare Candidate Evaluation Form. Communicate selection results to candidates and issue the Appointment Order. Facilitate orientation as per Orientation Checklist in coordination with team leaders. Provide and explain Job Description, KPIs, Performance Measures, and Evaluation Methods. Define measurable objectives and KPIs linked to job roles. Qualify employees for incentives through qualitative assessments every 6 months. Recommend compensation revisions based on Measure of Performance (MOP) and KPI data. Process monthly payroll based on ERP attendance. Ensure timely filing of monthly statutory returns: PF, ESIC, IF, PCB, and maintain all related labour and insurance records. Organize employee and worker welfare activities as per the Event Calendar. Obtain No Dues Certificate from relevant process owners during separation. Conduct Exit Interviews via Google Form and submit summaries to Top Management. Ensure Full & Final Settlement within 30 days of management approval. Preferred candidate profile Graduate / Postgraduate in HR (MSW / MBA HR preferred) 4-7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup Familiarity with ERP-based attendance and payroll systems Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements
