Plant In-Charge

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operations of the manufacturing plant.

• Supervise day-to-day production, maintenance, manpower, and safety.

• Monitor quality standards of Paver Blocks, Solid Concrete Blocks, and Fly Ash Cement.

• Plan and control raw material inventory and dispatch schedules.

• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics departments.

• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.

• Prepare daily and monthly reports for plant performance.

• Any assigned work by the Management & Superior person.  

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.

• Good knowledge of concrete product manufacturing.

• Familiarity with production machinery and maintenance.

• Time management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Production Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete block or cement manufacturing.
