Responsibilities:

  • Handle general HR administrative activities
  • Manage recruitment processes (resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks)
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Prepare and present HR-related reports to management
  • Manage employee separation processes

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations
  • 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Ability to work honestly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the HRMS system
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
