Key Responsibilities: •

Operational Leadership

: Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless manufacturing processes. •

Strategic Planning

: Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance. •

Team Management

: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability. •

Quality Assurance

: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations. •

Stakeholder Collaboration

: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, procurement, and sales, to align manufacturing capabilities with market demands. Requirements: • Minimum of 20 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the
