As a Plant Head at the Alwar location, your role will involve overseeing all aspects of plant operations. This includes responsibilities such as production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management. Your main focus will be on ensuring the efficient use of resources, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflows and drive continuous improvement in processes.
