Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Develop and implement production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage plant budget and optimize resource allocation.
• Maintain quality control standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees.
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Address operational issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
