Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned professional from a Sales background with solid experience in franchise operations, preferably from the pre-school or daycare industry, to take on the role of CEO. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with the company’s mission and growth objectives. Sales & Franchise Development Drive national-level sales and franchise acquisition targets. Strengthen the franchisee onboarding process and support systems. Team Management Build and lead a high-performance team. Ensure staff engagement, retention, and development. Key Requirements 10–12 years of experience in Sales and Operations, with a strong background in Franchise Business Models. Prior experience in the education sector, especially pre-schools/daycare, will be highly preferred. Proven track record of scaling up operations and driving revenue growth. Strong business acumen with experience in managing P&L. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven and hands-on leader capable of operating in a lean environment.
