Assistant Manager Brand Marketing

You are supporting a client to hire for their Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Brand Marketing role based in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site position requires 8-10 years of experience in brand management, event coordination, and social media strategies. You will be responsible for driving brand strategies, marketing campaigns, communication efforts, social media management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, analytics and reporting, and budget management. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing brand strategies, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing corporate and promotional events, overseeing social media strategies, crafting compelling communication messages, collaborating with various teams, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and managing marketing budgets effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience in brand management, event planning, and social media marketing in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver results within defined timelines. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva), marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems), and social media management tools is required.
