DESIGNATION - Manager/Sr. Manager OPERATIONS (Plant Head) Reporting to - Unit Head Location Wada, Virar- Company Bus facility available from Thane, Kalyan, Dombivali, Badlapur, Virar. Canteen facility available Salary - between 15 to 20 lpa + Variable pay (on target achieve) + Gratuity 5 days working - 1st & 5th Saturday working only. Education: Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations or related field. Minimum 10 experience, out of which 5 years of proven track record in Fasteners Manufacturing Connect on - 8956967956 / 816 833 1963 Job Purpose: To oversee the entire plant operations including production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and supply chain. The Plant Head is responsible for achieving operational excellence, driving productivity, maintaining compliance, and leading a high-performing team. Job Discription - 1.Independent handling of Operations in mid to large size Fasteners Manufacturing Company. 2. Need to have exposure to productivity improvement, cost reduction projects through concepts like Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Quality Circle, etc . 3. Knowledge about budgeting for Operations, is added advantage. 4. Knowledge about trouble shootng of Thread Rolling Machines, CNC machines would be added advantage . SKILLS: 1) Technical: 2) Managerial: 1. Knowledge of latest trends in operations management 2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 3. Exposure to latest spring technology machines 4.
