Job Detail: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Lead to join our engineering team. This role requires strong technical expertise across React (frontend), Django (backend), and AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable web applications, leading agile teams, and driving cloud-native development best practices. Role & responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack web applications. Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using React, Django, and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architecture principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality features. Review pull requests and perform code audits to maintain performance and security standards. Drive CI/CD automation, cloud deployment, and monitoring best practices. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to systems And processes. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong experience in frontend development using ReactJS (hooks, context, state management). Deep knowledge of Django/Python backend development with Django REST Framework. Proven experience designing and deploying applications on AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.). Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM concepts. Solid understanding of API design, security best practices, and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Primary Skills: Python, Django, React, AWS.
