The Plant Head will oversee end-to-end plant operations including general administration, production, quality, maintenance, safety, and dispatch. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities to ensure smooth execution and continual process improvement.
● Lead overall plant operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
● Oversee departments: Production, PPC, QMS, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Safety.
● Implement and monitor SOPs, productivity standards, and cost-control initiatives.
● Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
● Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning and reporting.
● Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements.
● Ensure harmonious work culture.
● Degree/Diploma in Engineering
● 15-20+ years experience in heavy fabrication / transformer tank manufacturing.
● Demonstrated strong leadership skills and technical understanding of fabrication, painting & machining.
