• Lead, manage and oversee complete plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure smooth functioning of forging, machining, heat treatment, and finishing operations as per customer requirements.
• Drive Operational Excellence, Productivity, and Cost Optimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to Quality Standards (ISO/TS/IATF) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, and capacity utilization.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma practices.
• Maintain statutory compliance including Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Purchase, Finance) for seamless plant operations.
• Develop leadership pipeline by mentoring and motivating the plant team.
• Report to Managing Director / Corporate Management with periodic updates on performance metrics (KPIs).
• Strong expertise in Forging Operations and Metallurgical Processes.
• Proven leadership in handling large workforce & multiple departments.
• Excellent knowledge of Production Planning, Quality Management, and EHS Standards.
• Financial acumen for budgeting, cost reduction, and resource optimization.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
