📍 Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

💼 Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in bakery production

🎓 Education: Degree in Food Technology, Food Science & Technology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution: Ensure smooth production flow while optimizing resource utilization.

Material & Inventory Management: Oversee procurement and stock control to maintain efficiency and reduce wastage.

Manufacturing & Process Control: Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain quality and efficiency in production.

Team Leadership & Training: Lead a team and foster a high-performance culture.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to FSSAI and food safety standards in production.

New Product Development: Work closely with R&D to develop and introduce new bakery products.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

✔️ Bakery Production Expertise – Strong knowledge of bakery manufacturing, ingredient functionalities, and industrial production processes.

✔️ Technical Acumen – Understanding of baking technologies, raw material interactions, and shelf-life extension techniques.
