Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Benefits: On-the-job meals, relocation assistance Joining: Immediate About the Role Top N Town Bakers is expanding its central bakery operations in Bhopal and looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to lead production and development of our frozen pastry portfolio — pastries, cakes, brownies, and cookies — supplied across our retail and distribution network. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring every product leaving our –18 °C storage matches our standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal. Key Responsibilities Oversee production of frozen pastry and confectionery lines (pastries, cakes, brownies, cookies). Develop, scale, and standardize recipes suitable for frozen storage and distribution. Train and supervise a team of junior bakers and assistants. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and consistent quality in every batch. Coordinate with QA and R&D for new product launches. Manage production planning, raw material control, and efficiency tracking. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in commercial or central bakery pastry production. Strong understanding of frozen/thaw-and-serve pastry technology. Proven ability to maintain consistency in mass-production setups. Team handling and training capability. Familiarity with hygiene protocols, HACCP practices, and production documentation. Nice to Have (but not mandatory): Diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery / Pastry Arts. Experience in FMCG, café chains, or industrial bakery setups.
