Job Description

Education Guidelines:

B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Automobile Engineering) is required
Certifications in QA/QC, production planning / operations management would be an added advantage

Experience Guidelines:

18-20 years of experience of operations in auto industry with at least 2-3 years in plant head role, managing operations worth 200+ Cr
A strong experience in operations/ production / quality management, cost control, PPC, plant maintenance and EHS is required
End-to-end experience of a successful brownfield project or capacity expansion including commissioning of new machines will be desirable

Knowledge & Skills

Technical

Knowledge of:

Auto-component manufacturing process & practices
Quality / process improvement methodologies
Production planning & control
Project management
Financial management (Balance sheet, P&L, Cashflow, interpretation & management of key financial measures)
Statutory compliances related to factory or plant set-up
