Plant Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Drive manufacturing excellence and ensure adherence to production schedules and cost targets.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and statutory standards within the plant.
• Liaise with OEMs and key customers to understand requirements, manage relationships, and ensure timely delivery.
• Plan and maintain production pipeline as per customer demand and forecast.
• Optimize resources and implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
• Review and monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Support new product development, tooling, and process setup in coordination with engineering and quality teams.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and productivity improvement across all operations.

  with exposure to high-volume automotive manufacturing.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning, quality systems (TS/IATF standards), and lean manufacturing.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 12 - 20 years of experience in automotive sheet metal fabrication industry.
• Experience in managing a full-fledged manufacturing unit independently.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Panchkula, Haryana.
