Job Description

Role Summary: The Plant Coordinator supports daily production operations, ensuring materials, schedules, and processes run smoothly while maintaining food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily/weekly production schedules and monitor progress. Ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials. Maintain production records, reports, and compliance documentation. Support GMP, HACCP, and food safety activities. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams. Track inventory levels and raise material requisitions. Assist with audits, safety checks, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Operations, or related field. 3 plus years of experience in food manufacturing (preferred). Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. Good communication, planning, and MS Excel/ERP skills.
