Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Plant Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient procurement of materials, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of production. The role also involves training staff, monitoring plant operations, and maintaining communication across different departments to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring and improving manufacturing processes
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate between different departments and stakeholders
• Experience in Procurement and inventory management
• Ability to train staff and ensure adherence to operational standards
• Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing processes
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
