Planning Manager

The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager (Planning) at Shrachi Realty will be responsible for overseeing project planning, costs, and budgets for real estate projects. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate quantity and cost estimation support while collaborating with Contracts & Procurement teams to ensure effective project execution. Your main responsibilities will include: Budget & Cost Management: - Prepare and maintain detailed budget estimates to ensure project and financial planning accuracy. - Monitor project costs and conduct regular cost-to-complete assessments to align with budget forecasts. - Implement cost control measures to manage and mitigate budget overruns. Quantity & Cost Estimation: - Prepare accurate quantity and cost estimates for Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation and integration in ERP. - Assist in drafting or revising BOQ technical specifications as needed. - Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings based on project requirements or updated designs. Support for Contracts & Procurement: - Provide timely quantity and cost inputs to support contract negotiations and procurement decisions. - Collaborate on material reconciliation and prepare monthly reports for procurement planning. Coordination and Documentation: - Coordinate with departments to align project objectives with quantities, costs, and timelines. In addition to the key responsibilities, you are expected to: - Work collaboratively in a team environment. - Travel to project sites as required. - Have 6-8 years of experience. - Hold a B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.,
