Job Description

Designing end-to-end workflow for numerology consultations, reports, and sessions.
Ensuring that consultations, follow-ups, and deliverables are delivered on time.
Coordinating between numerologists, customer support, and content/report teams.
Creating structured schedules for numerology sessions.
Managing calendars for multiple consultants.
Reducing delays, rescheduling, and drop-offs.
Planning promotional campaigns (paid ads, workshops, webinars).
Deciding what content, offers, or messaging the team should push.
Tracking leads coming from social media, ads, and online events.
Creating a pipeline for leads from inquiry → consultation → paid service.
Coordinating with sales or telecalling teams.
Monitoring response rate and improving conversions.
Planning new packages (mobile number analysis, name correction, business numerology, etc.).
Analyzing customer feedback to improve services.
Documenting SOPs for each service.
Aligning operations, sales, marketing, and consultants.
Ensuring everyone follows timelines and targets.
Conducting internal review meetings.
Reviewing performance of ads, sessions, workshops, and revenue.
Suggesting improvements based on business insights.
Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
