Quality Safety Planning

Develop quality control and quality assurance plans

Create safety management plans and coordinate with safety teams

Plan inspection schedules and coordinate with third-party inspectors

Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications

Plan testing schedules for materials and systems
Cost Budget Planning

Develop construction budgets and cost forecasts

Monitor actual costs against planned budgets

Plan cash flow projections and payment schedules

Coordinate with estimating teams for change order pricing

Track productivity metrics and unit costs
Communication Reporting

Facilitate weekly construction meetings and planning sessions

Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking

Communicate schedule impacts to stakeholders and clients

Technology Documentation

Key Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)

Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing

Experience with lean construction principles and pull planning

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
