Job Description

Hiring: Planning Manager – MIVAN Construction Industry

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 15+ Years (Minimum 3+ years in MIVAN projects)Employment Type: Full-TimeNotice Period: 0–15 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Develop WBS, activity sequencing and MIVAN shuttering cycle planning
Track daily, weekly and monthly progress and perform variance analysis
Plan and monitor manpower, materials and equipment
Prepare MIS reports, S-curves, dashboards and as-built schedules
Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, QA/QC and client teams
Monitor MIVAN formwork inventory to improve cycle efficiency
Support cost forecasting, BOQ verification and productivity tracking

Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience in MIVAN or Alu-form construction technology
Expertise in Primavera P6 and advanced Excel
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, BOQ and high-rise planning
Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
B.Tech or B.E in Civil Engineering
