Position: Planning Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project planning and execution within the engineering or manufacturing sector.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering projects.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and scheduling activities for multiple ongoing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management principles.
• Proficient in project planning software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Experience in the mechanical engineering, EPC, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,440,000.00 - ₹1,560,000.00 per year
