Consult with BB and BD on timeline development, manage production process issues and act as first point of contact for external production vendors. Provide transparency back to BB regarding progress and timeline compliance of their projects to enable them to follow up with other functional team members for task completion. Job Purpose The Manufacturing Excellence (Manex) plays a crucial role in enhancing manufacturing performance, including areas such as waste reduction, operational reliability (OR), overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), ManEx savings, cost efficiency, manhours per ton, safety, health, environment (SHE), and quality improvements. Savings: Support the factory teams to identify saving projects to meet the targeted production cost and manufacturing waste. Reliability: Expand the loss management framework beyond Manufacturing and have KPI´s for interfaces with Manufacturing (OR losses) Digital transformation: support the factory to develop and implement a digital road map and industry 4.0 use cases to accelerate performance. Act as the primary point of contact for RTVA, MDCS data reporting systems, deployment of global apps DFOS, BuildApp, SPC and NGTW. Job Summary And Key Responsibilities The Senior Legal Associate will be part of the Ice Cream Legal Powerhouse which is part of the legal function and provide defined, structured services to the team and to the broader business and will be responsible for: To support (i) the Global Privacy Team in their business partnering, ensuring data privacy compliance and (ii) to be the first point of contact for our brands and functions as they navigate IC’s privacy processes. Responsibilities Supporting the markets: Acting as first point of contact for our brands and functions during the privacy risk assessment process. Supporting the legal team in markets to handle Data Subject Rights Requests (DSRs) and Privacy Risk Assessments (PRAs). Supporting operational privacy tasks such as data mapping and maintaining records of processing activities. Work collaboratively with our local legal advisors and Central Data Privacy Legal team and Business stakeholders on new projects, including by supporting on local and global privacy risk assessments.
