Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Engineer based in Bengaluru East. The Planning Engineer will develop, monitor, and manage the overall project schedule, coordinate with various teams to ensure timely project execution, and identify potential risks. Responsibilities include resource allocation, reviewing project progress, preparing reports, and optimizing workflow processes to enhance efficiency and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in construction planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and resource allocation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination among teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting, project tracking, and schedule development
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
• Relevant experience in the construction or real estate industry
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in project planning roles
