Planning Engineer

Job Role : Planning Engineer Experience : 2 to 7 Years Location : BENGALURU URBAN, MYSURU Job summary The Planning Engineer will be responsible for the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects within the Industrial, Institutional, and Residential sectors. The role involves ensuring timely completion, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to project specifications. Key Responsibilities Project Scheduling : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate tools, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones. Resource Management : Coordinate and manage resources effectively to meet project demands, ensuring that the right resources are available at the right time. Progress Monitoring : Continuously monitor project progress against schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions. Risk Assessment : Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks in the project plan and develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication : Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders to provide updates on schedule progress and highlight any critical issues. Software Proficiency : MS Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Key Requirements Experience : 2-7 years of experience in planning engineering within the construction industry. Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline such as B.Tech/B.E.
