Job Description

We're Hiring – Planning Engineers (Junior & Senior Levels) Location: Talcher, Odisha Industry: Construction / Background required from Commercial / Infrastructure Experience Required: Junior: 3–5 Years Senior: 5–10 Years Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare measurement sheets from onsite data and drawings 2. Analyze options for cost-efficiency, safety, quality, and timely execution 3. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery 4. Support billing engineer in bill preparation and verification 5. Prepare comparative statements and assist in vendor finalization 6. Monitor project milestones, schedules, budgets, and resources 7. Maintain project documentation as per ISO 9001 standards 8. Review subcontractor schedules and assess project progress 9. Prepare weekly/monthly reports, resource tracking sheets, and catch-up schedules 10. Analyze the impact of work order changes on schedule and cost 11. Collaborate with clients and ensure timely approvals and feedback 12. Assist with project close-out planning and final reporting Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Proven experience in construction/project planning roles - Strong knowledge of project management tools and MS Excel - Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills - Familiarity with billing processes, RA Bills, and reconciliation - Ability to manage time and resources effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
