Arranging Weekly Meetings for Progress Discussion and Design deliverables discussion

Cordinating with Suppliers, Vendors and Design team to ensure timely delivery of Material,
Drawings and deployment of Vendor on site

Tracking of Long-Lead Items from approval of TDS to delivery of Items on site
Alert Project In- Charge and Construction Manager about upcoming hinderance and Challenges

and adoption of technologies and system to avoid it.

Cordinating with Vendors to Maintain Workforce and available Workfront for

Progressive checking and Monitor of executed work with Refrence of Approved SOP's and

Method Statement

Prepare 3 Months Look- Ahead Plan for project along with cashflow With required Resources
Monitoring of Workers and Vendor productivity on daily basis to know about root cause for

productivity losses and failure of daily progress achievement

Maninting Hinderance, Risk and Lesson Learned register at site to Improvise project decision

making on daily basis

Prepare Daily Progress report, Weekly Progress report and Montly Progress Report
