Planning & Billing Electrical Engineer

• Planning & Scheduling:
• Prepare and update detailed project execution schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly progress and align with project timelines.
• Coordinate with site engineers for work status and resource availability.
• Identify critical paths and potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Billing & Documentation:
• Prepare RA (Running Account) bills as per contract terms.
• Coordinate with clients for timely submission and certification of bills.
• Verify subcontractor bills based on work executed at the site.
• Maintain measurement books (MB) and billing records.
• Material & Cost Monitoring:
• Coordinate for material reconciliation and stock statements.
• Track resource utilization and report on cost variations and budgeting issues.
• Reporting:
• Submit weekly and monthly project progress reports (DPR, MPR).
• Assist in preparing MIS and client review reports.
• Prepare S-curve and bar charts for tracking.
• Coordination:
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other internal departments.
• Support in project audits and compliance with quality & safety norms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in Planning & Billing roles in electrical infrastructure projects
• Experience in rural electrification projects (DDUGJY, Saubhagya, IPDS, RDSS etc.) is preferred

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings and BOQ
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Understanding of government billing norms and tender specifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,089.87 - ₹57,165.76 per month
