Planisware/PPM Analyst (Mechanical/Electronic Development Projects) Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Sub-Con (Contract) Experience: 6+ Years Total, with 2+ Years in Planisware or Similar PPM Tools Job Description We are seeking an experienced Planisware/PPM Analyst to support project and portfolio management activities within mechanical and electronic development teams . This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for a detail-oriented professional with solid experience in Planisware E7 or higher , and strong analytical and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage Planisware PPM modules including Admin, Project, and Resource Management Handle user queries , resolve incidents, and support minor enhancements Collaborate with engineering project teams to align project schedules and resource plans Interpret complex business needs into Planisware workflows and configurations Generate and analyze project data using Microsoft Excel and optionally Power BI Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and overall PPM system integrity Required Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience, with minimum 2 years in Planisware or equivalent PPM solutions (Clarity, Primavera, etc.) Experience in Planisware E7 or higher Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Understanding of mechanical or electronic development project environments Ability to multitask , prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools Experience with Agile/Hybrid project methodologies Familiarity with R&D or Product Development processes Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Experience: PPM Experience, Program Coordination in R&D (Mech./Elec.): 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
