Placement Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic Placement Officer to connect students with job and internship opportunities, enhance their employability skills, and build strong industry relationships. The role involves organizing placement drives, conducting career counselling sessions, and providing resume-building and interview preparation support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills, with an understanding of market trends and employer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with companies for job and internship opportunities.
• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment sessions.
• Conduct career counseling, resume-building, and interview preparation workshops.
• Maintain placement records and track student progress.
• Facilitate soft skills and employability training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Experience in placement, recruitment, or career counseling preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
