Job Title: Placement Officer Location: Kochi Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Min 1 Year experience in Placement or related field required. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer to join our team. The Placement Officer will be responsible for establishing industry connections, organizing placement drives, guiding students for career opportunities, and ensuring high placement rates. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and industry partners. Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction events. Identify job opportunities relevant to students’ courses and skills. Collaborate with department heads to align placement efforts with academic curriculum. Guide and mentor students in resume building, interview preparation, and career planning. Maintain placement records and generate regular reports. Conduct employer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve placement services. Keep up-to-date with job market trends and employer expectations. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field. Proven experience in placement coordination, HR, or corporate relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in MS Office and online job portals. Preferred Skills: Prior experience working in educational institutions or training centers. Knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet placement targets.
