Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Chengalpattu. The Placement Officer is responsible for facilitating campus placements, communicating opportunities to students, and providing career counseling and training. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with companies for campus recruitment, organizing workshops and seminars for skill development, and assisting students in preparing for job interviews through mock sessions and guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills
• Training and Education skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage events effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
