The Placement Officer is responsible for facilitating campus placements, communicating opportunities to students, and providing career counseling and training. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with companies for campus recruitment, organizing workshops and seminars for skill development, and assisting students in preparing for job interviews through mock sessions and guidance. Qualifications Experience in Campus Placement and Career Counseling Strong Communication skills Training and Education skills Ability to coordinate and manage events effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
